The Chef


Eduardo Estatico

Born in 1985, he inherited his passion for cooking from his paternal grandmother, growing up among the flavors and perfumes of typical Neapolitan cuisine. His strong passion led him to choose cookery-dedicated schools for his training and education: after attending the Hotelier High School, he was enrolled in the Gualtiero Marchesi ALMA academy.

While this path is varied, it confirms the important foundations for classic Italian cuisine, simple, yet creative cooking with a theme that lies between tradition and innovation, which he himself likes to define as contemporary.

Author of the cook book entitled L'arte di cucinare alla napoletana (The Art of Neapolitan Cooking), published by Newton & Compton.
